A scrolling space shooter.

An action game for X11 with many levels. The object is to destroy all the structures on each level by shooting the purple bulb in the center of the structure. Of course, various enemy craft are trying to get you at the same time. This game is strangely addictive.

This game is too damn addictive. I spend hours and hours trying to defeat these bases and stuff, and in the end, I feel like the intelligent, smart, self-assured confident woman that I was born to be. Thank you for giving me a reason to live.

I got this way back when I installed Debian/Potato (when potato was the unstable version!) and got hooked on it very quickly, but I only just spotted it had a page on the Game Tome.

Absolute classic. And I've not tried Kobo Deluxe yet, but the quality of that doesn't make this any less fantastic. I give this 5 stars (finally), and unlike many people on this site, I almost never do that.

Oh, I'm currently on Level 42. Have been for some months now XP

Very nice graphics and smooth play but it does get repetative quickly and the later levels are near impossible.

It doesn't work without the patch, and the patch is not any longer on sourceforge. I suggest to not download this software...
